"I went into the salon because I needed advice and to purchase product. No one greeted me. No one said they would be with me in a minute, even though the lady had seen me. I looked at products for awhile and still nothing. I stood at the counter, nothing. The lady was busy with a client but you can't ignore customers coming in. She looked at me a few times and did not even acknowledge me. I finally made eye contact, smiled, walked over and put my products back on the shelf, and walked out."
