"I was there today to sell some of my clothes. I explained to one of the managers that was looking at my stuff that one item was a wrap dress, she replied rudely at me that she knew and that she had seen those before. I don't know why she had an attitude when answering back. I didn't have any ill intent whenever I told her about my dress. Being rude and giving an attitude to customers is the last thing this place needs."

"a 0 if i could. brought a whole bin of perfectly seasonal clothes and they only picked one item.. i feel like if you’re not XXS-L and the clothes aren’t street wear/ y2k, you’re at a loss. which is crazy seeing how they have a lot of “interesting” pieces on their racks. employees are rude, prices are way too high. wouldnt waste my time again."

"What sells depends on whichever employee reviews. Horrible place to sell, even when you bring something almost brand new and in style, they turn it away. The store itself barely presents decent selection with prices so hiked up. I brought something brand new one day, they offered me a good amount but I changed my mind. I came in a couple days later with the same said item and a different employee passes it this time. A joke. Seriously. I used to love thrifting here but this definitely changes my mind."

"This Buffalo has a very specific style that they buy for, very y2k, urban , wanna be 90s style. Not a lot of options if you’re older than 25+ or have a non-trendy , more staple focused style. Sometimes I’m really surprised at the high quality clothes they choose not to buy from me when the racks are littered with pilled, faded and damaged items. Everyone once in a while I’ll find something nice but this store needs to diversify their buying style to reflect the larger demographic of Houston and not just teens /young adults. The Austin store is much better"

"It was awesome and so fun. I took my daughter there for some retail therapy. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. Answered any questions we had. The dressing rooms were open which great to see again and be able to use. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend shopping there. The also accept people bringing in items for resale!!"
