"Not a good experience with the manager but the owner definitely went above and beyond to correct the problem with me. This time, the stylist cut my sons hair REALLY BAD! And the stylist was supposed to be the manager. She tried blaming my son saying he told her to cut it that way. Are you really going to tell me that if you cut someones hair and you leave some hard looking lines and don’t blend them them that its the customer’s fault and not the stylist for not properly blending them? Also my son asked for a fade and didn’t get a fade. We had to go back and have it fixed and got an attitude from the stylist. I feel bad because they do have a couple other of good stylists. Since the owner did talk to me and make a great effort to make it right. I will definitely still use Great Clips but not use the manager/stylist."
