Delicious Tamales

"The tamales are really good but are tiny and are mostly masa. I'm from El Paso and the tamales in EP set an impossible standard. The ladies who work here are super sweet so the three star tamales here get and extra star bump for the customer service."

"Short version. Go to Costco, they have frozen dozen that cost the same and taste better. Terrible customer service. Meat was dry. And the servings are comically small. The 5 star reviews are full of it or they don't know anything about a proper tamale. Salsa is trash and they charge you for it. Come here if you want to waste your money"

"This morning I was very disappointed with my order.. They only had very little hot soi got to dozen cold.. I opened one this morning and they tasted old and were dry and shriveled up. Because we don’t know how old the cold ones are, they should come with a date that they were made and put in the freezer.. they need to rotate their stock to guarantee, you always have the freshest ones. I will wait and see what the second dozen looks like before I decide whether to buy from them again or not."

"Picked up 2 dozen Pork and a dozen jalepeno chicken before Christmas. I'm not sure how they are considered "Texas size" when they were barely bigger than your index finger. As some of the other reviews said, there was not much meat at all and while the flavors were ok, they were not spectacular. We weren't expecting home made quality, however for the price and their own description we did expect far more than we got. If Delicious Tamales plans to continue marketing these as Texas size and delicious, they need to seriously step their game up. Update.. medium case of food poisoning from this purchase.. please do better."
