"I’ve been coming to Sparkle nails for 5+ years and have never had a bad experience. Jimmy, the owner, does my nails every time and is amazing. My nails are always exactly what I ask for and last 2+ weeks. He has even stayed late on a holiday to make sure my nails were done!! The staff are always so nice and helpful. The salon is so clean and the selection of colors and services is top notch. I have even recruited family and friends to start coming here because they love it when they come with me. 5 STARS EVERY TIME!!! I love it here and am always taken care of."

"Hands down the worst experience ever. I don’t do reviews much but hopefully this will keep people from going through what i went through. When i came in, i went to look for the colors as I usually do when i come in. The nail tech immediately handed me a selection of colors and told me to sit down and look at them. I told her i wanted dip and she nodded her head yes and then told me to sit down. I found the color i wanted (under the impression that i was getting dip). She asked me what shape i wanted and i told her i wanted almond. When she brought the color out, it was the powder, not the dip. I let it go because i trusted her. As she started doing my nails , i realized that she was continuing with square so i reminded her again that i wanted almond shape. She nodded her head and kept going. She was VERY rushed. She cut them at the perfect length and then filed them down WAY too low. She cut my fingers. Left a TON of color underneath my nail. When i asked her to fix them, she filed them AGAIN & let it go. I have not had a bad experience until now. I walked out in tears i was so upset. They were awful. My nails were uneven, there was glue all over my hands , there was color packed under my nails , they were lumpy and just overall HORRIBLE. I had to go pick up kids so i could not be there longer to be ignored by the nail tech. I went back the following day and asked her to fix them because they were the wrong shape, uneven, and there was color packed under my nails. BIGGEST mistake. They were absolutely so rude to me. The nail tech was yanking my hands. Speaking to me in the worst tone and constantly rolled her eyes at me. I asked her to make them shorter & she told me NO. & then CHARGED ME at the end of fixing her mistake. overall i spent $75 on my nails for me to end up having to go somewhere else to fix them because the nail tech at Sparkle REFUSED to listen to me. The entire staff was horrible to me with the exception of the man sitting at the table over. i do not recommend this place."
