"Austin is lacking in good Chinese food, so I was very excited for this grand opening! Overall, very good, but a tad expensive. Service was also pretty fast even though it was crowded when we went. Beef wrap: the wrapping was super crispy and the meat worked perfectly with the sauce and onions! Soup pan fried buns: these are so cute! The outside was fried to perfection and it was bursting soup. However I found the filling to be pretty average. Fish stone pot noodle soup: the soup was so flavorful and the texture of the fish soaked it in perfectly. A little bit of sweet and sour taste. Fish was the star of this dish!! Spicy beef mixed noodles: pretty spicy; the meat was very flavorful, pretty good. Very much enjoyed and will be back (maybe only on special occasions though)."
"We ordered the soup dumplings, pork intestine, beef, and braised pork noodle soup. The food was good and it is definitely one of the better noodle houses in Austin. With that said, it’s a bit pricey and the broth is a bit bland to my liking. It’s a nice visit if you crave authentic Chinese noodles!"
"We have been to this restaurant a couple times now. It was a highly popular, authentic Chinese restaurant, so mainly Chinese folk when you go. My wife is Chinese so she orders the good stuff. Don't just come here and order a lo mein. All the dishes came made-to-order and were so delicious. Definitely come back here again. It was completely packed for Chinese New Year but it was running very smoothly."
"We’re lunch here on 01/19/2024 after 3 weeks from grand opening. The wait was 10-15min but chaos progress. We’re love the digital scanning QR code at your table to place order then 10-15min later foods wheel out to our table. We ordered 4 dishes… 1) $24.49 Mongolian beef..5/5* 2) $20.99 General Chicken..2/5* 3) $18.99 Gan Ban String Beans..4/5* 4) $15.99 Combination Chow Mein..4/5* The general chicken dish is 80% coating soggy non crunching fries flour w/ tiny chicken meat and does not taste good at all. These are basis recipe dishes from Asian foods and I should be perfect and not wow us here. My most impressed about this place is the young gentleman (Malone) stopped by our table with a smile and asked us how was the foods taste. We felt he was sincere and recommending us their soup noodle specialty to try next time. Because of that we will give another try. We often take our friends, families and our coworkers to eat out in this area. I am hoping this will wow my next experience. The restaurant atmosphere can be improve from not cluttering. I can see and hear loudly employee from everything from togo items, pot/pan/big steamer lid, etc..all these should be hidden away from customer view while dining. Table and floor was very sticky. If this place makes great food and clean environment then we will come again. I think this place has potential if management and staffs can team up and every one will make money and happy (same from customers)."
"Had a good time trying out this new restaurant. My favorite of the meal are the chicken feet - it has the smokey flavor, and the pan fried dumplings. The soft soup dumplings are a tad bit sweet for me. We also ordered hot stone lamb soup and that was a bit salty. The service was great. Everyone was friendly. We would go back again to try other dishes"
