The dining room is clean and has plenty of utensils for dining in. Definitely gives other taco places their run for their money. Dairy Queen does not disappoint!!! Thanks Dairy Queen!."

"I've been coming to this location as long as I can remember, and I moved to Austin in 1981. Tonight's drive thru service was not good. I just wanted a small cone and small blizzard. As I was in line behind the person in front of me I saw them hand my blizzard to them and they then returned it. When I went to pay for my order I explained that I wanted them to remake the blizzard because it was handed by someone else. Instead of getting an apology for their error they just took it while giving me a look of disgust and threw it in the trash without saying a word! No apology and if I hadn't seen them hand it to the driver in front of me they'd have given it to me! I should have changed my mind and left but they had taken my card. Someone else brought me my order and I still didn't get any acknowledgement about their error nor any apology for the employees attitude. If I'm paying the ridiculous price of $5.99 for a small blizzard and $2.99 for a small cone I expect better. Must have come on a bad shift. This occured today January 28, 2024 at 5:56 P.M. Order number DT-110."

"I came in to town for business and I ate here twice. My food was delicious, hot and fresh! I’m a Texas native but haven’t lived in the state since I was a kid so I love the Texas DQ’s people who never ate at one have no idea how much better the Texas stores are! If I’m back in the area I will definitely eat at this location again!"

"You will not find a Dairy Queen in Austin, or for that matter the entire state of Texas, with better customer service than this Dairy Queen. The folks here are so friendly and customer focused you would think you are at a chik-fil-a! Plus the food quality here is always top-notch. The drive-through line is often long, which is a very telling sign of the quality as well. One tip - do not attempt the drive-through if you have a large car or SUV, they have a very tight turning radius and you will get stuck. The inside counter service is also very fast and the restaurant interior is clean. Everything on the menu is good here. If you have not been to DQ in awhile, give this place a try and you will be back and your belt will be busted! ;-)"
