"The staff were very nice people, great with customers. Unfortunately, the food is a different story. It was my first and last visit to this chain. It's embarrassing they call this Texas chicken...it's no such thing. It's bland and lifeless. Ranch is the only thing that saved those chicken strips from the trash. The fries...imagine you thawed out a bag of grocery store frozen crinkle cut fries and warmed them slightly, limp, lifeless, moist and mushy. The biscuit was decent, but not so good to redeem a 10 dollar box of straight trash. Almost any other chain would be a better choice for chicken strips."

"Ordered online but my order wasn't ready when I got there at the time provided. The staff was awfully quiet. But they were working and focused. The cashier greeted me about 3 min in from walking and said he be right with me. Took about 5 min. He got my order ready and didn't say much. Just handed to me and went about his business. Manager walked in from him break and didn't say much either. Told him ty and that I appreciated them and have a nice day, didn't get a response back. But food was good."
"I SPOKE TOO SOON. My order was screwed up today. I asked for 2 of their 2 piece specials and only got one. Apparently their A team wasn't working today because the food and service was subpar. The chicken was bland, no flavor, as was the crust; unless you count greasy as a flavor. Note how small the thigh bone is; this thigh was all crust, no meat, and I had to share my meal with my granddaughter because I couldn't safely turn around and go back. NOT HAPPY AND STILL HUNGRY!!! Not exactly the ideal location (high traffic area) but it's worth going to get their food. Food is fresh and tasty; seasoned just right. They always seem to have everything I ask for in stock, and service is quick and efficient."
