"Eveytime my daughter and I walk into Ulta we are Never Greeted or helped, it is January 30, 2024 @ 2:20, we walked around for 15 minutes and ALL the workers that we passed Didn't help us, we passed 2 that were on there phone, we walked by a group of workers that were busy Talking about how they were Ready to go home they looked at us and continued to talk and didn't Help. After 15 minutes of walking around we finally found what we were looking for but wasn't sure about the Product and still didn't get Any Help. I guess I have to look High Class to actually get Help from an Ulta worker. I had to put a star to submit my post, if it was up to me Ulta wouldn't get one!!!"

"Such a GREAT experience! Took my 7 year old in for the first time to ULTA. The sweet gal at the front, I believe her name was Sierra or Sienna, greeted us and directed us to a very kind gentleman with the cutest pink converse shoes to finding gel nails. Then we went back to the front and found the first gal, Sierra/Sienna, and she helped us find vegan/less harmful makeup for my 7 year old to use for fun at home. She was genuinely very kind. As we went to check out, the cashier, Adriel, was so incredibly friendly, upbeat, and kind. She made the experience more memorable and fun for my daughter. I had been avoiding Ultra for years due to mistreatment a few years back and rudeness from some staff. But today was AMAZING! Thank you for having such kind, sweet, caring, and friendly staff. It was a beautiful and fun experience for our daughter. Seriously, thank you to Sienna/Sierra and Adriel for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and giving my daughter such an exciting experience."

"The store itself is good, but every time I had come in for curbside it takes 20 minutes or longer to get my order - as my name was attempted to be changed in store a few months ago to match my ID. However, through the app it continued to show my maiden name and was told in store it couldn’t be changed. Now today for pickup my order was put under my married name when I was told to give them my maiden name.. which made it difficult for the employees who were working hard for me. There needs to be a better system for name change to prevent issues for employees."

"Got a haircut last week for a wedding and I’m so disappointed/embarrassed in how it turned out. I get my haircut with a center part and no layers this is what she did. She completely butchered my hair. So many different lengths and so choppy. Wish I could get my hair (and money) back. Can’t wear it down because of how uneven it is."
