"For all those who like a return policy do not go to the store. If you buy a shaver and it doesn't work they will not let you return it. And Sydney the clerk is just down right rude. We bought an Electric Shaver that didn't work and they said we had to turn it into the manufactured to get a refund. We had only had it for 48 hours we didn't even want our money back just in exchange. After spending almost $200. This place is a waste of time and money go somewhere else find the cheaper at Walmart."
"Tried to go by at 4pm on a Sunday ( close at 6pm) but they were closed with no explanation as to why. Saw an employee or customer leaving too. Had to drive across town to another Sally’s just to get what I needed. Super annoying"
"I prefer to go to Sally beauty on 82nd. They are friendlier and more helpful. I still prefer to go to Sally beauty on 82nd and Milwaukee. I went again yesterday to look for some hair color and the 2 men that were there working at the time were helpless. They didn't bother to ask if we needed help or greet me when I entered the store. They both stood behind the register the whole time I was in the store. This store has the worst customer service. I also believe the store manager doesn't care about it."
