Chili's Grill & Bar

"It was not very crowded. We were taken to one of the furthest tables from the entrance. Passed a considerable number of open tables. Started great. Took drink and appetizer order. Delivered quickly. Then things took a turn. We waited for over 20 minutes with no further serves. I finally stood up and started looking around. Someone in the cluster of waitstaff finally noticed. He came back around and took our order. Then we waited another lengthy amount of time for the delivery. The entire ordeal took almost two hours start to finish."

"While traveling through stopped by for lunch. The parking is ample and when we got there we were seated right away. It took a minute for them to get our drink order and a little longer to get our order taken. The first problem arrived when we got our salads but had no silverware to eat, it took us a good 5 minutes to find someone to bring us something. Our food came out hot and was very delicious. We saw our server maybe once and we never got our drinks refilled the entire time we were there. We think we saw the manager and typically when we eat at these kind of restaurants the manager will stop by to ask how the food was, no such stop by. We had to finally flag down our waitress to get a to go box and check. I don't think we will be back so consider going to eat some where else unless you are ok with poor service."

"Thank you Chili's for honoring Veterans on Veterans day with a meal!! Our hamburgers were crispy. The fries were hot and fresh. The location is superior due to the waterfront setting. Gorgeous views. I recommend this place even for watching sports as they have a full bar with many TV's throughout."

"One of my top 3 restaurants to visit while in Marble Falls. If you're craving the taste of Chili's this location will not disappoint. Located next to River City Grill, both locations share some awesome outdoor patio lake views. The quality and service at this location was on point. The manager even came to our table to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our experience. I had the BBQ brisket burger which absolutely rocked! The taste and presentation were right on. Chili's certainly gets my recommendation."
