"Took son in to get a simple Remove Hair From Eyes. Simple cut of bangs. The woman in there ended up cutting off hair all around my sons head, reshaping his entire hair. She was told twice at the chair what cut to do. Should have known when she kept asking another woman to step in, she shouldn't be cutting hair."

"Got me in the chair way earlier than I was supposed to and was super polite, kind etc. I'm really picky about who cuts my hair my good friend/sister cut it for years back in Hellinois. We've only been in Midland, Texas just over 2 months now and this is my 2nd haircut first time at this location. Esmi cut it perfectly just like my sister cut it so I'm super happy and will be going back for Esmi when I need another haircut. Hoping she's my new go to for now on."
