"Save yourself the time and just don’t go to this location. Employee's are rude and don’t want to help you and talk to you with an attitude. I get being busy but don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it and be at least pleasant at the same time."
"We live 40 min away. Made an appointment for my 75 year old mother n law to get a root color and trim for a valentines party. We showed up for her 630pm appointment and had to wait for the stylist to get back from her lunch only for her rude,rolling eyes, unprofessional attitude to tell us she couldn't do a color and cut because they scheduled us wrong. Someone needs to get there store back and do some training and cleaning. We will never go back to the midland location."
