"We came here tonight we were in the line for almost 15min there was a old man waiting on the drive thru too we decided to not wait we went around there was a employes inside and thursday to saturday is open 24hrs we were wondering whats goibg atleast theg should say something in the intercome the old man was waiting long time we were thr secone one more in the back when they make the vanila iced so much creamer u cant even taste the coffee even thr. Mocha they like your drinking milk lol."

"Just went in the drive thru just now oct 1, 2023 7:10pm, no one ever came up in the speaker after waiting 15min and there where no cars in front either, they had a long line in drive thru waiting behind us, we then decide to go in the lobby and the three employees in the back not doing anything but just laughing and playing around the girl was just barely putting her headset on and they then tell us to go to the drive thru because lobby is closed, we told them we where just there in the drive thru and no one ever came in the speaker, they would not take our order inside either so we left to another food place. That’s just ridiculous, the workers there do not care. It was 2 female workers and a man."

"Went here the other night to get a Homestyle chicken sandwich and the chicken was completely over cooked. Sandwich was cold. I don’t want a already cooked chicken that been sitting there for hours over the heaters and you tossed it in the fryer for a minute to heat up.. That’s what it tasted like. If I was Jack I would be so disappointed and embarrassed lol! It seem like every Jack N the Box have fallen off. Nobody wants to cook food properly these days especially at every Jack n the box restaurants it seems like."

"They keep making my order wrong. The screen and my receipt has it right but when I get it. Completely wrong. I been going couple times thought it was me but really it's the employee who makes the food getting it wrong and not paying attention to the order. Manager Need to be professional about there employees if they want good rating and customers coming back. Going here couple times thought it was me made it feel like not coming by anymore and giving up on them. Best to do is go some where else that is more professional on there jobs and employees who actually wants to work to make money and bring good business to million dollar company."
