"The front counter person was amazing, however, I came in because my order was wrong. The cooks from the back were very rude about making my order correctly. I ordered a double whopper, they gave me a single. I asked for the double which I showed the Burger and the receipt yet they were very rude in the back. The person in the back kept yelling she didn't know where the double whopper went even though she heard the front counter person say it was a remake and pointed me out. Overall a rude experience especially since they were only taking cash at the time . Cudos to the front counter woman because she was very kind and great at customer service"

"I hung out at this Burger King at 3211 Holcombe Boulevard for over three hours (10 am to 1 pm). It's a very clean facility, and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. As always, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is pristine. On the other hand, there hasn't been WiFi here for a while. All things considered, everything was excellent, and the air conditioning was functional. Without a doubt, I'll return here, but the next time, please turn on the wifi. Wayne, you are awesome.
