Additionally, Dr. Dane has made genuine efforts to communicate with my mother in her few known words in Spanish, ensuring that she feels comfortable and understood during her visits. I am perplexed by the negative reviews claiming otherwise, as my family has consistently received utmost care, respect, and understanding from the entire team at Children’s Dental Care."

"Dane is a horrible, untrustworthy person and has very sketchy business practices. She mistreats employees and treats patients horrendously. What kind of dentist yells in front of people? How is that professional for a pediatric dentist with years of formal education? That's embarrassing. It's also very uncomfortable to hear her employees talk behind her back but then completely suck up to her when she's around. What type of business is this place? I will be reporting her and her incompetent employees for unlawful clinic and HIPAA practices. How is it permissible to have patient records out in the open for everyone to see? She also seems to only treat Hispanic patients worse. I have brought my son here a few times, but have had enough - if it looks this bad just being a bystander, I can't imagine behind closed doors. She talks down to me as if I'm not up to her level - what kind of bedside manner does she have and where did she learn this poor behavior? But that's it, I am done, I will not be bringing my child here again."

"This office does not answer the phone, or allow voicemails, or return emails. We are fed up. After reading the reviews, I now wonder if the work my child had done when younger was necessary. I wish I had gotten a second opinion. the lack of professionalism here makes it easy to beleive mistakes are made intentionally at times for financial gain. At this point, I just want this office to take the time to contact me so I may obtain my child's records and move to a professional dental office with dentists and staff who care about the health of children and the fact that the parents CHOSE to give them business. Find another dental office for your child. Trust me. I will also be contacting the BBB as stating in other reviews."

"If I could give no stars I would. The staff is clueless about the services that are offered. We asked the staff 3 times if they do sedation due to my child being autistic and we were told yes. We show up and the dentist says that they don’t sedate and that we are lying because her staff would never say that. The dentist was so unprofessional and irate. Do not take your child here. These people are awful."
