Craft Pita

"Oh my goodness the chicken shawarma pita was soooo good! Major perks for having gluten-free pita! The fries and garlic aioli were so good as well! Can't go wrong with hummus either. I discovered this place while traveling specifically because they had the gf pita and went back the next day and enjoyed it just as much! Cute atmosphere inside as well. My fried had the falafel and beef shawarma and liked them."

"Let me start out by saying this is my second time here and hubby’s first time. I’ve been here twice now within a two week period. My go to is the falafel pita with cauliflower instead of chips. Hubby ordered the platter which comes with a choice of protein, he did chicken kabob, some salad and rice with some ground lamb or beef pieces and some table cut up pita bread. We enjoyed this platter and after taking a few bites he looked at me and said “definitely will be back”lol. The restaurant has plenty of outside tables which will be great for our cooler weather coming and a few booths and tables inside. As you enter you are greeted by the person behind the counter. If you all just do happen to dine in while Brandon is working, you are in for a treat. He is very knowledgeable, great suggestions and so personable. He truly made our dining experience amazing in my second time visiting. He told us about the spicy aioli and the order sauces available and boy did that elevate our food. You will not regret getting the spicy or regular aioli. We also had the pistachio shortbread and tahini cookie. Cauliflower is amazing and their unsweetened orange blossom tea is such a treat! It taste like baklava without the guilt. Try this place out, you will not regret it. Mediterranean food beats fast food or greasy food any day and craft pita makes it easy to sit and eat out order to go. Great little spot for cookies and tea or a meal with some girlfriends. Kid friendly as well as they also have kids menu and healthy options."

"It was a very tasty chicken wrap with Mediterranean flavors. It was a mix of white and dark meat from what I could tell and everything had a nice flavor. This is not your typical shawarma, so do not expect that. This is a fresher take that is lighter. I enjoyed it, but you always pay more for a fresh/healthier take on an old classic. That is the reason for the 4 instead of 5. It’s expensive for a counter service restaurant in my opinion. If I ordered something more intricate, I may feel different. The staff was very nice and it’s a nice clean, bright airy place to sit. Plenty of parking as well!"

"First time here…the restaurant is beautiful and clean. I walked in, and no one greeted me. There were no other customers but a lot of employees in plain view. It took awhile but eventually a nice employee came up to take my order. I ordered the beef pita. It comes with pita chips which were good. I should have ordered a small humus to go with them. For almost $30, we got 2 beef pitas and the side of pita chips which are included. The pitas are huge, and tasty. For the price I am not sure we would get those again but would be willing to try other things there."
