"Dining at this establishment is an absolute must! From start to finish everything surpasses your expectations; from mouth watering courses, attentive staff who go above and beyond creating lifelong memories through their craftsmanship combined seamlessly together under one roof - true mastery! It was my first time and not only was Lexi patient with us, but she didn’t leave any table unturned. She made sure we were taking care of and she provided excellent service. The seafood tower is a must have. Bruce recommended the lamb chops and my goodness what a recommendation. Cooked to perfection in the presentation was unbelievable. It's amazing when a place exceeds your expectations in every way, from the food to the service and even the atmosphere. It was a truly blissful and mesmerizing dining experience.Thank you again Lexi and Bruce."

"Had a great first visit, food was delicious!!! At first I was put off by the valet parking since I have never been a fan of it and I avoid it as much as possible but once I got over it everything went great. Food flavor is amazing, decent portions and well presented. Drinks were also great and tasty! The white chocolate bread pudding was the cherry on top to a delicious meal. Will definitely visit again."

His suggestions from start to finish were amazing, especially the pistachio crusted snapper!!! "Last night we had the pleasure of visiting Ruggles Black for the first time and had one of the best dining experiences we've ever had in Houston. We started with happy hour (half off drinks until 6 pm - excellent value) and shortly after I posted a photo on my social media Chef Bruce came up to us and introduced himself. He was very friendly and continued to stop by once we were seated for dinner. We received a complimentary appetizer from the chef. It was the paleo angry shrimp. The shrimp were huge and we really enjoyed the yellow curry sauce. What a delightful surprise! My sister and I ordered the same entrees - snapper "fish and chips." OMG it was the best, freshest snapper I've had in a long time and we live near Galveston. That really impressed us. It was extremely flaky and we loved the almond flour batter. The sweet potato fries were also a hit. Of course, had to get dessert. I ordered the white chocolate bread pudding, as I was a fan of the one at Ruggles Green back in the day. It is still divine! My sister tried the CPD brownie. Chef Bruce continued to check on us and made us feel like family. I noticed how friendly and caring he was with guests throughout the restaurant. This was honestly one of my favorite experiences at a restaurant ever. Thank you again Chef Bruce. We can't wait to come back! :-)"

"This is my go to Spot!!! I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for years since they had the last location. My go to dish is the Pistachio Snapper with cherry tomatoes and crab meat. It’s so delicious. I always substitute the veggies for sweet potatoes because they’re so sweet and soft. Hector, the manager, and Emma, the Server always take such good care of me I would definitely give him 100 stars ⭐️ Highly recommend!!"
