"Went to this location twice for a chocolate malt and blizzard. Both times I received them, they were very melted/liquidy like they had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. They never flipped the blizzard, but if they did it would have poured out like water from a faucet. Not sure if it is a training issue or equipment issue, but will never go to this location again. Way too much money to drink “frozen” treats."

"When we got there they took our order immediately. Then we sat there for 30 minutes. We finally had to go ask about our order and no one knew what happened. They finally give us the 2 food items and we sit and eat and wait for the ice cream. They never brought it. I had to again go ask if they were making our ice cream and again no one knew anything. So we had to wait again. I'm very disappointed in the service. Not even an apology for the lack of service. Even though the manager had to get us our forgotten order TWICE!"

"Well I did not go inside so I can’t rate the atmosphere. I ordered a single taco, cherry limeade, and a MINI blizzard. The taco was fire. Hot and well proportionally made. The cherry limeade…flat as the road. Just disgusting. And the mini blizzard came out as a small. Now who would be mad at MORE ice cream if you or charged for less. But that’s not the case. I was charged for it, yet I did not ask for it. lol. I did not put up a fuss about my $8 spent and half wasted but safe to say I will not be returning to this location ever. Double check your orders and receipts."

"I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through due to Valerie's service. She consistently gave out wrong orders and spent too much time chatting with guests ahead, causing significant delays in the drive through line. Improvements in accuracy and efficiency are needed. Also there’s no candy in the blizzards when you order it. Might as well save money and buy at H-E-B."

"Ordered 2 of the chicken strip specials with fries and onion rings. I drove home and found out the chicken strips were so hard my wife and I couldn't eat them. Seem like they were over cooked, old or recooked. The ends of the strip could be just broken off. I didn't return them because I live 8 miles from the restaurant an it was late. I contacted the office twice with no answer or feedback."
