"Visited this location after work and received poor service. I payed for extra ingredients in my salad, but was was given the standard amount. When I questioned if I had been given the extra portions that I'd paid for I was rudely assured that extra items we're added. When I opened my salad to show items weren't added "Manager" Amanda then asked if I wanted a refund? Instead of fixing the problem her only solution was to offer a refund. Amanda lacks customer service skills, and performs poorly with problem solving. I suggest retraining and and the removal of her grey shirt as an attitude adjustment could help better business. "If I could of gave no stars I would have this place is unsanitary first off they messed up my order for something so simple a egg sandwich with scrambled shelled eggs the cook still gave me a round egg . Than the girl at the fry station was sweeping the floor and remind you she touched the trash can and went back to serving fries didn’t think about washing her hands or changing gloves but I asked her to wash her hands and she gave me this look like why omg and the GM was standing right there when I asked her and she just acted like she didn’t care if she washed her hands or not, will never return there again."

"I love Dr Pepper shakes!!! But this Whataburger has serious efficiency problems. I waited in line 15 minutes, with 5 other cars I could see for my shake. Looked like plenty of employees, but oh so slow."

"Although they are renovating the front of the store, it has not changed their customer service, which is very good. we did have to wait, but with doing that, our complex order was correct on all 3 burgers. Thanks soo much for that. It's nothing worse with getting food and getting home to be unsatisfied. That's not what we got. Good service, fresh food, and Yes I will be back."

"The Food and Service at this location are pretty good. They put the wrong sticker on my Burger, instead of No Lettuce, they Put a No Tomato Sticker on it. The girl dropping off the food, looked at the ticket, then said; "Oh, She must have put the wrong sticker on there, if it has Lettuce, I'll cut her for you!" If that isn't service, I don't know what is. I really like the NEW REWARDS SYSTEM, finally it's based on what I spend."
