Reviews of Wingstop
"My wait wad very long. Once I decided to go up to the counter and ask for my food by name, it had been sitting there all that time. I had given on initials, at., what was so hard about calling that. It did get very busy after I came in. I thought to myself, I had gotten there just in time. But I had waited longer than some people who came after me."
"I ordered the 10 piece wings original hot and lemon pepper; wings was really soft barley done, fries soggy, chicken sandwich didn’t have the pickles on it , ordered celery only they gave me carrots instead"
"I ordered online, paid online, and picked up my order in person. The drink station wasn't operating, so I had no drink. The fries were cold with hardly any seasoning, then to top it off, my boneless wings were old, overcooked, while the bone in wings were barely sauced. I called the next day shortly after opening and spoke with a manager her name begins with an E. I don't want to misspell; said, "When I came back with the order, they would remake." I called back to verify they would be open New Year's Day to verify (the original order placement was two days prior) Only to make it there and not be given a replacement because I ate a few of the wings. What was I supposed to do? Go hungry? Had I been told that I wouldn't be accommodated, I would've counted as a loss. But to have me drive there because of an employee error in preparing my food, I now have to take replacement of a partial order. I'm using my gas and time to return to an establishment that has poor service and communication for food I paid for that wasn't cooked properly. Please stop. It's about valuing the customer. The service and prejudice were horrible here when I returned. Even speaking in Spanish in front of me was unacceptable. I don't know what was discussed in front of me. It was inconsiderate and unprofessional, and I will NEVER visit this location again."
"This is literally the worst Wingstop in Texas. It is fully of disrespectful employees. They cannot even open on time and the manager does not care about customer service. This is literally the worst manager that they have ever had. She cannot even get the employees to open the store on time. Me and my husband has been sitting outside of this Wingstop since 1130. It is now 12 o’clock which is 30 minutes later and this Wingstop is still not open I have called other wing stops to see. What is the delay and why is this Wingstop not open nobody can get a hold of her. I am going to comment every day until somebody reaches out and fixes this establishment. I don’t care if it’s a franchise or not you still have a job to do and rules to abide by which are the rules and regulations of Wingstop this manager, and the entire staff in there is completely disrespectful and is majority of Hispanic people."
"How can they sit there and service someone food with chicken feathers still on. Those young boys are so horrible they always just give you whatever and it doesn’t look appetizing. I will not be ordering from this restaurant anymore. Then they did not even want to fix my order that’s the killer part about the whole thing. Give more training to them PLEASE!!!! Post Edit I brought the food back so they could make it properly can you believe they took the same chicken I had bit out of and recooked it and gave it back to me. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in it. They need a health inspection because that is so disgusting. I wish I could give them a zero star."
