"Absolutely enjoyed first visit. Restaurant was clean and inviting. The cashier, Fatima, was patient, friendly a warm spirit to speak with. We ordered to go and enjoyed the ginger juice while we waited for our order. Meals are a little pricey but has quality to match. Total bill for 2 was $57 (main dishes, 2 appetizers, 2 drinks). The ginger juice is fabulous if you're a ginger lover. The plantains were some of the juiciest Ive tasted in a long time. Absolutely everything tasted freshly prepared. We enjoyed all dishes except for the fish samosas. My suggestion is to either properly fill the fish samosas or make them smaller. The fish was the size of a small meatball dead smack in the middle of a large pie. Basically hollow compared to the beef (see pics). This is the only reason I gave 4 stars. But, that doesn't prevent me from ordering from here again."

"This is my second time coming I was here yesterday (8/23/23) I had the Wednesday special with the ginger drink and it was DELICIOUS!! I’m here TODAY and it’s just as good as the FIRST time. Today I had the jollof rice with chicken, beef and fish empanadas, and my friend had the oxtails over rice. I would like to add the service was great. I never had the hibiscus drink and Angel kindly offered me to try a sample to taste so I could know. That is what you call white glove service that top tier service. We also had the hibiscus and passion fruit drinks as well as more ginger for me. AMAZING DELICIOUS DELECTABLE. Thank you Angel thank you Chef thank you for the good food good experience great service"
