"I ordered my birthday cookie since I was already in the parking lot. I placed it for curbside since my baby was asleep. Sarah came out to let me know that they were out of the cookie I ordered and that she could write me an iou to pick one up the next day. I let her know that I didn't want to go back, since it would be out of my way. She went above and beyond in getting me a different dessert and giving me $5 coupons for future use. She was awesome. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I had a big issue in the past but this was definitely 5 star service this time."

"I have eaten at many McAlister's bfore and this was BY FAR the worst experience. To start off with, the girl taking our order acted like we were bothering her. Very poor customer service. Then, when the food came out...they were out of butter for baked potato (at 1 in the afternoon), and Pecanberry salad had no dressing at all and no pecans. What the heck???? When I brought it to their attention, again, they acted like I was being a bother. They didn't even apologize for messing up my order. I will definitely not be going back there."

"Used to be a real good place to eat at all times but the past 2 times I’ve been was around 8:30 and they close at 9. They were pushy to get us to leave and they locked the doors at 5-10 minute till close. They last time I went my sons cheese pizza wasn’t even cooked. My suggestion is to go during lunch time or just go to Sugar Land McAlisters on University Blvd. always friendly and serve you even at 8:59pm."

"Ordered curbside at 5:04PM and was informed it’ll be ready at 5:19PM. Confirm I’m at the store for pickup at 5:14PM. At 5:38PM I call asking for the status and verifying whether the food will be warm. Order is brought right out. I arrive home to see that the entire curbside meal is stale and cold. Terrible experience."

"Planned to get Chipotle but it was jam-packed. As I was leaving I noticed this place and decided to stop by. It was surprisingly good! Had the McAlister sandwich with the tortilla soup and it was superb! Staff was quick, courteous and the food didn't take long at all. All in all a great place to try out if you're in the area."
