"Always wanted to try it. This was my first time. The food had great flavor. I ordered the 3 finger tenders meal. I usually never eat toast, but that toast was so good. The chicken and fries were well seasoned and had good flavor! I will be returning!"
"It used to be a nice place to eat. Not anymore! Sticky flooring, dirty tables, windows and doors, even a dead roach to greet u at the door! 08/20/2023 6:00pm, the cashier was awful, I asked for some ketchup (which used to be outside for you to serve as needed) and she gave it to me in a bad mood. I asked again for dressing and again. She's not the right person to be there. I was wondering why this place was always empty, cuz it used to be a very nice place!"
"It was very good! It was a slow Sunday afternoon around 3:30, and it still took 20+ mins to get our food. Normally not an issue except I was starving ha ha ha. That said, it was also super fresh so that helped. The food was good, better than expected. We've never been to a Zaxby's. The fried pickles were amazing but there were so so few for nearly $5 that I don't think I'd order them again. The chicken was different than any other chicken strip I've ever had but I liked it! Really enjoyed the hot honey mustard! I usually hate fries, esp crinkle cut fries but these were pretty good!"
"Absolutely nobody in the store but my friend and I. The cooks were lazy and the manager wasn’t doing his job by not helping my situation. I ordered a supreme sandwich which comes with everything and they gave me the basic one with only pickles then requested I give the sandwich back which I don’t trust since they just messed up and now they’re giving me a cold piece of cheese with cold bacon on a plate. Remember there is nobody here and yet they still can’t get their job done right ? And the quality was trash so yeah stay away from zaxbys and go to Raising Canes And look at how much fries they gave me…"
