"This store was the to go store of our family We are disappointed for the last 3 times and even today. We order veggie melt and all topings, but we see only onion, tomato and some lettuce No pickles, peppers, olives. Very disappointed."

"If there is a zero, I will definitely give it a zero. On 10/14/23, I ordered two sandwiches from online apps around 1:35 pm and selected pick up through drive through and it instructed me to pick it up around 1:47pm. I entered the drive through around 1:45 and it took me 10-15 minutes to the pick up window. The staff member said you cannot pick up online order from here and that is what his manager told him and I have to go to the store to pick up! So after entering the store, I asked the manager why I was required to pick up store and I am ready to pick up my food. However, what really surprised me is what the manager’s behavior and attitude. He was very rude and yell at me that “I had a big catering so if you want your food, just stop talking to me and let me prepare your food”! No apology for the delay and inconvenience but only rudeness.what is more amazing is that I waited another 20 minutes and finally got the sandwiches. And during the entire process, anyone entered the store getting their food before me. My food was prepared 20 minutes after I was told by the manager that he was to prepare my food. Totally a lie! In addition: the food was not well prepared. Missing quite a few toppings and no napkins were included in the bag. Overall it took me round 35-40 minutes to get 2 sandwiches since I entered the drive line and 45-50 minutes from when i orders. I thought the online ordering was to provide convenient and expedited service! But what I got a long wait and rude service from the manager and any other staff member! I will never go back to this store and even any potbelly store although I have been a long customer when I lived in many different states. I am not sure whether it is worth to be a customer for being treated poorly with very unbelievable service and food quality."

"Encountered two problems today. First was two of the food line prep employees didn't know the price of how much it was to add an item to my sandwich. Second issue was the Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola were semi flat and there wasn't any Sweet Tea available."

"Picked up two skinney sized sandwiches. A Mediterranean and a BLTA. Also grabbed some chips. Didn't need drinks as we had just stopped at HTeaO right down the road."

"I ordered on DoorDash. My girlfriend liked her sandwich, and the salad looks good. The cookies are good too. But my sandwich, however was horrible. it took three bites to even get to the meat. All I got was turkey, cheese, and mayo. There was basically no mayo at all, and it was so bland and just not good. jersey mikes is so much better"
