"I ordered a sandwich online and when I got to the store the person told me that the order was not on his computer and REFUSED to make the sandwich even after I showed him my phone!! Subway corporate … are you listening to your customers?? Just look at all of the negative reviews!"
"Need to agree with most of the 1 star reviews about this store and 2 women (maybe owners) working there who doesn’t speak proper English. older lady acted rude when handing over the sandwiches and on the call she disconnected coz I was complaining about the sandwiches I had ordered . One of the 2 veggie sandwiches is fine even though it’s missing Sriracha which I specifically requested and asked if they added it when I picked up the order. The other veggie sandwich doesn’t have cheese, little to none jalapeño, banana pepper , sauces . It looked dry and when I called back to store to complain the older lady with her broken English said they have added everything and she has video proof. When I was about to say that the sandwich is right in front of me and that I will post the picture on the reviews, she just disconnected the call ."
"I've been eating Subway for 35 years and this is the worst Subway sandwich I've ever had, it was dry, very little meat, a little vegetables even though I ordered a premier sandwich. I knew I should have been concerned when I was giving my product in a convenience store bag. This store is obviously cutting corners and not doing it the subway way. Don't go to this store!"
"Awful experience! It was 8 pm and both women refused to get fresh tomatoes that weren't covered in old mayonnaise and brown debris. There were maybe 7 old tomatoes sitting at the bottom of the metal bin. She flat out refused because they were "about to close!" How if the sign says the store closes at 10pm and it's 8pm?!? This is the second time she's been rude to me in front of my daughter over a simple request. The other older woman began laughing at me and raising her voice as I was asking why they were being so rude to me. Totally unprofessional behavior for employees that are the face of an already struggling company, old vegetables, they refuse to take legitimate coupons the time we visited prior because apparently an All American Club isn't included with the two footlongs for $17.99, yet that sandwich doesn't say "excluded" on the coupon. I asked for their names so I could make a formal complaint and both refused. No name tags were visible. We obviously walked out because their food prep is horrendously questionable and they're lazy. I assume we dodged getting food poisoning, but not their hateful attitudes, unfortunately."
"Okay I have never had a issue with subway. this is always my happy place to go. today was different. I went in at about 4 pm to get my usual, the lady that helped me had a attitude and didn't wrap the sandwich correctly causing it to leak all over my car and the desk at my work. it was also very cold, the cheese didn't even melt. and the olives were bad, and she stuffed the sandwich WAYYY more than I wanted. now I get the same thing EVERY time I go to subway, never once have I felt so sick to my stomach from eating there. absolutely disappointed. like come on subway, I expected better."
