Church's Texas Chicken

"This is probably the worst Church's I've ever been to. I've paid for things I've never received. The drive-thru speak is at like Volume -5 understandability -10. There are times we've gone at like 3PM and they say they're out of spicy chicken? And not making anymore. Like what? You're open till 10 what you mean you're not making more? Also I'm pretty sure at least a few times we've been given literal vomit instead of white gray, totally inedible had to throw it away. The biscuits are hit or miss, they're either decent(never good, don't get your hopes up) anyways they're either decent or actual deadly weapons. Like you could probably chuck that at someone and kill them - kinda like a Red Koopa shell but in real life. BUT sometimes and I do mean SOMETIMES the strips and chicken are actually really good. And while the service, and the billing, and sometimes the food is garbage at the very least -- the worst Church's Chicken is still better than the best KFC."

"I came to pick up an Uber Eats order and arrived before 9 pm. I was at the location around 8:55 pm and informed them I was there to pick up an order to which he locked the door in my face and told me to drive to the window. I was the fourth car in line to sit in the drive-through for about 20 more minutes. By the time I get to the window, they inform me the restaurant stops making food at 8:30 pm and since it was almost 9:30 pm I needed to cancel the order. Disappointed in the service and a missed opportunity for income when I was sitting there wasting my time."

"Greeting Awesome overall customer service was awesome Thank Mrs Olga for your kindness. My food was hot & fresh fries were Right on point apple pie was delicious cooked just right. But what I was mostly pleased with was the building the cleanliness was amazing I could see through the drive through window the inside was incredible. I will be back"

"Okay I had to come revise my review.. This Church's truly have fallen off. I brought my family to eat and spent $36 and the food wasn't at all. I ordered fried okra and requested for them to be fresh but instead of the cooking me fresh food. They refried the okra that was sitting there. My chicken tenders were hard and cold. My kids fries and chicken was not fresh at all. I feel like I wasted my money. My kids wouldn't eat it nor would my dog. Just a waste."

"There was HAIR fried into the chicken. I returned to present the chicken to the manager and after she looked it over, she said it came from the manufacturer like that and that it wasn't them or their fault. I was horrified. I requested a refund. She said that I would need to return the small mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. I paid $25.58 and she refunded me $18.36. I spent $6 in gas going back to the store to return the disgusting HAIR infested chicken."
