"Last month, I had the pleasure of ordering food at The Empanada Company in Houston, TX. I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and I was excited to finally get the chance. I was immediately impressed by the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was warm and inviting, with a bright and airy feel. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I decided to order the beef and chicken pastry as take outs. When I got home and tried them, I was overall pleased with the taste. The pastry was flaky and buttery, and the fillings were flavorful. "We got 4 different empanadas: chicken, ground beef and veggies, shredded beef and veggies, spinach. The pastry part itself was nice but the fillings I wasn't a fan of. The guava and cheese was really nice. I'll be back for the sweet ones."

"The Empanadas are great, and SOME of the ladies are very kind, but is ironic how they never have orange juice , which is in the menu, but fridge is always full of oranges. The coffee machine is most of the time broken, or sadly they don’t even have cups, but based on the menu they have a variety of coffee to offer… this is nothing to do with employees, they are great, it is just the owner that does not care about her business."
