"Ordered our food @10:11 it is almost 10:40 and have yet to get our food. Whoever was in charged had to cancel our whole order because he forgot to make our order large and add onion rings. Honestly we’ve never had any issues with this place till tonight. Much rather make the drive to the 99 location than here."

"It took 20 minutes to get one burger and one fry through the drive through. They also forgot the other half of my order. After waiting 20 minutes I decided not to go back. The little Black boy with the silver hair seems to consistently forget something when he takes and makes the order. It’s usually a decent experience otherwise. Waiting 20 minutes for half an order is crazy."

"I frequently visit this location because of how close it is to my home, however the service I received last time I went was great. I went with three younger family members, so you can imagine how chaotic it was while we ordered. Despite this, the cashier, Gil (I think) was extremely patient and kind. He was like this with everyone, he explained what various items came with to an elderly woman. He never once got impatient or frustrated, he seemed glad to help. When I went back up later to order a shake to take home he had remembered the flavor I had gotten previously when I first ordered. I truly felt welcomed."

"I love Whataburger but there just seems to be something wrong with this location. The employees here typically give you a bad attitude or make your order wrong. The drive thru wait is also terrible most of the time and there’s a lady who’s worked there for years (I believe she’s the manager) and always seems to have an attitude when you ask her for something or tell her the order is wrong. This specific time, I asked for NO pickles. Pickles make me sick and that is the reason for asking them to not put any but they put so much more than they usually even would. It seems like they did it on purpose out of pure disrespect! I didn’t complain or tell them anything about it because I wouldn’t be able to trust them making me another sandwich since they usually have bad attitudes here."
