"Walked into the particular jersey Mike’s and no one said hello. No one even looked up. And he didn’t say hello. There was only one other customer in the store a young male waiting for his food. He had to be about 10 or 11 years old.. two staff members upfront, fixing sandwiches and one about to get off work. They never said hello. I had to speak to them. Then he called someone from the back to assist. The cutting machines were absolutely filthy. Hadn’t been wiped off since the last few sandwiches. So I asked for the machines to be wiped off. They cleaned them out in. The young lady was very helpful. She took my order for my sandwich wasn’t quite sure how to make it, but I did walk her all the way through. Unfortunately, she had to express to another team member on how to make sure her station was very clean. The young lady rolled her eyes and kind of gave me a very side eye. So, at this point, I was a little frustrated but I didn’t say anything went on an order. My sandwich gave them the proper way on how to make it. It was made young lady also want to ensure they use clean utensils as they did. So they made the number seven. it’s my first time to this location and just recently moved into this area. However, I can tell you a cut above. They are not a sub above. They are not. They should really retrain these particular employees, and teach them how to be courteous to customers. I understand with all the Uber eats, and the DoorDash services that come along with life we need to take care of our customers inside of a store as well. Every customer that walked in, they didn’t greet near one of them."

"I didn't dine in. I just did a pick up, but did notice that the dining area and drink areas were very clean. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. I decided to add something to my order and was taken care of right away. Service was great! I think I found a new favorite sub from Jersey Mike's as well! Will definitely be back!"

"I started going to this location when it opened because it's closer than the fry road one; I'm very happy I did. The service is so great and everyone is so friendly. They know my order and always make it so fresh and perfect each time. Honestly, they make the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Thank you :)"

"Good sandwich but service was slow looks like a lot of trainees. Visited this location again and probably my last. Customer service seems non existent especially by the cashier Benjamin. I was almost overcharged if I didn't pay attention and asked for it to be corrected. The coupon was not applied or returned."

"I’ve been to this location 3 times now trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (the last 2 times) because it’s conveniently placed across the street from my school but today was THE LAST TIME! Every single time the bread has been stale, hard, crunchy, and burnt. And somehow the sandwich never tastes like the other locations, flavor wise. Good customer service but the sandwiches are horrible! Learning the correct temperature to cook the bread on would be a big help for this place. They have a lot of good reviews so maybe I stand alone in liking fresh bread for my sandwiches or they just have a lot of fake reviews but as for me never, ever, again for this location!"
