"I like how the buffalo fries remain edible after a couple of minutes and for a long while after, but if you have not brung back the original tender tuesdays you should so I ask of you please. I like the generous season packets and sauces are amazing. Good service by personnel each could be a manager. Nice option for gallon of tea. Thanks."

"I come here often because it’s by my work and I love the Buffalo fries with light Buffalo sauce but they can never seem to care to give you your order the way you order it. If I don’t get off to order inside they will do the opposite and drench my Buffalo fries in Buffalo sauce which makes them soggy and sloppy. So disappointed almost every drive thru visit. I’m not one to send food back but I’m gonna start making them make it over again until they get my order right. They have the audacity to charge a 3 % service fee! It’s a waist of my time and money smh I figured they’d eventually get it right but I guess not. The guy that took my order in the drive through (receipt says Jerry)was very kind and repeated my order light buffalo sauce so I believed it was right, if I eat this much Buffalo sauce I’ll get sick to my stomach. There is a reason people request to order certain ways."

"This was our first time visiting this location, we stopped to grab a bite before work and we were given a wrong & incomplete order. I tried calling the store 2x to get this fixed but no one bothered to answer. We order a 6 piece tender with mash & a 3 piece with large okra. We didn’t get either & would love a refund."

"I took my family to dine in around 12:15pm and there was only 1 customer ahead of me. The manager was taking an order for the person ahead of me and there was a line behind me. 4 or 5 employees were trying to buy fruit cups with a vendor that walked in. There were joking and laughing and the manager let it happen. Instead of helping customers they were conducting personal business. I voiced my concern to the manager and all she was " I know". Poor management and customer service. On top of all that, I still had to wait for my order."
