"Don't let the unassuming outside fool you. It's very nice and quaint inside. They've just opened so have patience, but it's definitely worth it. The miso soup and yakimandu were complimentary and very good. We ordered beef bulgogi, galbi and beef japchae. With a few minor tweaks they'd get 5 stars. The spicy ramen was the star of the dinner. Very delicious!!! The staff was very, very nice. Come give them a try, you won't be disappointed"

"We've been waiting for a great Korean restaurant to open on the far west side. Can't even describe how perfect the food was for our first visit at Garlic Bulgogi; just take a look. Whether it's your first time trying korean food or you basically grew up on it: Garlic Bulgogi is the right call! I decided to try the regular beef bulgogi, which was delicious, sweet, and tender beyond belief. I loved every bite! My wife had the spicy beef bulgogi, of course, and it was just as tender & succulent with a great flavor and perfectly balanced spiciness from the kimchi that it was cooked with. This will easily become a new regular spot for us, and you must not miss out on the great experience for yourselves."

"We've been watching this place for the last few months, waiting for it to open. Finally made it there today and the food was just as delicious as we hoped it would be! Spring rolls came out hot and were so delicately fried. The beef bulgogi was perfect. And the tonkatsu was crispy and had a great sauce. Plus the banchan was the right amount and every piece was well balanced! Service was great, and the interior is simply beautiful - once you sit down, you truly feel like you're in a different space and it's so calming! They're also well set up for pick-up orders - their arrangement of greeting, pick up, and seating areas are so well done for the space. We'll be going back. Definitely give Garlic Bulgogi a try!"
