"The morning crew screwed up my order this morning. I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal with a small coke. The order total was supposed to be $4.32 but they charged me for a sausage egg McMuffin meal without the egg for $7. I tried to go inside to let them know but the inside was closed. They're supposed to open at 6am & it was 6:40. I will use the app from now on to ensure my order is correct."

"Good service. I usually come by here in the mornings and all the staff is great. Best orange juice at this location, BUT Mc donalds try to trick people with their app when you're about to pay and use the rewards. Somehow the app stalls and then your coupon shows that is has been used without even scanning it making people getting mad at the staff when is not their fault!!"

"Drive thru was slow. Recording came on and then two cars in the opposite lane were serviced before me--- even though they drove up after me. I applied patience but that still doesn't cross out the slow service."

"I'm about done with Houston and this location was the nail in the coffin. Hire people who speak English and can communicate with Americans. This is the most frustrating thing about this city. Can't hardly find a decent job here because everyone wants bilingual, can't order food and these people are very hard to deal with they have the worst attitudes and don't speak English."

"Took a rest and enjoy the fries here. The vibe was nice. I was surprised that this branch was almost full during not a meal time. I don’t feel dangerous here, but somehow the entrance gate is locked and the employees would need to open the door for everyone who wants to enter. The app was out of order during the time, so I need to go confirm my order with them. Service was nice."
