"I came here for a cleaning, and made it clear from the onset I only wanted procedures that my insurance covered. The dentist suggested a deep cleaning, and I said only if my insurance covered it. Their finance and insurance person came back with an out of pocket estimate of nearly $900, because my insurance would not. Then they insisted I couldn't get a regular cleaning, it was the $900 or nothing. Lady, I'm a single disabled mother taking care of a disabled child. Given a choice between a dental cleaning and buying groceries you are not the priority. No, I do not want to keep your ridiculous estimate, I just wanted a cleaning that was covered by my insurance. Thank you for wasting my morning and disregarding my very simple request."

"First time visit. Wasn't pleased with the dental service. They did not have a hygienist available, so I had to hold the suction mouth piece myself, and the dentist did the cleaning, and the piece they use to rinse your mouth while cleaning did not have a good tip on it so the water was spattering all over me and I was soaked at the top. Very disappointed. (I told him you are giving me a bath). I was trying to find a reputable dental office close to me instead of driving 25 min. It is so hard to find professionalism and good customer service now days."
