"Haven't been to this chain but one before. The woman behind the counter took a complex order for a 6 to go, and helped us work through the menu. The food came out fast AND CORRECT! really good food for a chicken fast food place. We will be going back."

"The frying oil burnt taste was on all the food we purchased. I do not think this location maintains all the food health standards like other location does. The food was absolutely disgusting and making me and my friend sick in couple of hours. I tried to call location multiple times before writing this review but no luck with them picking up the phone. Hope someone in management does something about this matter. I like Popeyes a lot and I have also been here before but the experience today was the worst one compared to any Popeyes I have been before. Thank you"

"Horrible experience tonight. Three cars in line and wait was 30 min. No ice for drinks, spent $42 just to get home and have a sandwich missing from my order. Call store, no answer. Not gonna drive 15 min back to store for a sandwich, but horrible service will cause you to lose more customers, than just me and my family. People, CHECK your orders before you leave THIS STORE no matter how long the line is behind you. This store obviously has no quality control in place to prevent a customer from not getting the food items they purchased. Upper level management, please reach out!!!"

"my order was placed online way before 1230 they told me my food was gonna be ready at 1:05 I got there. Food still wasn’t ready then it was a manager and two of the workers was eating the chicken so I was like why do I have to wait and I place my order online and if they wasn’t eating everything. I ordered 24 pieces of chicken I only got 16."
