"Charley's has good cheesesteaks regardless of location. This particular location had a great staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. The cashier was new but I honestly couldn't tell until they said something about it. The guy who brought me my food was nice and came back to check on me which is always appreciated. Food was good as always. Only thing is this particular Charley's is located within a somewhat ghetto Walmart. Seating is limited and again it's ghetto. Otherwise not a bad spot to grab a quick bite."

"This was my first time at Charley’s and most likely will be my very last time as the service and overall atmosphere greatly lacked decorum. Yazmin the cashier who took my order needs to be immediately trained on every single level regarding customer service and general etiquette. Yazmin decided to answer a FaceTime call while I was right in front of her asking her questions regarding the menu and contemplating on what I wanted to order as this was my first time at the establishment. I was shocked to be quite honest because she didn’t even make an effort to act like she was paying attention to me nor was she doing her job which is to serve the customer. She is not very knowledgeable about the menu and was so busy on her phone and lallygagging that she forgot to give me my drinks and I had to tell another associate. The older lady that was working there tonight ( I’m guessing she is the manager) and the security guard were extremely unprofessional and having inappropriate side conversations at a very high volume. The older lady was telling the security guard a story regarding another individual concerning what took place earlier and the security guard stated and I quote “ I will get one of my female cousins to beat her ass”. I was yet again shocked. Honestly with how costly the menu is, I was expecting chic fil a customer service instead of what I received. I added a picture of my receipt in case Yazmin or the two other individuals that I spoke on attempt to state that what I am writing is a lie. Feel free to look over the restaurant camera to see and hear for yourself. Last but not least, the 3 young gentlemen that were working there tonight need a raise as they were working hard especially the main grill guy and the young man who served me my drink. I wish I knew their names."
