"Called these guys after picking up my ‘24 3500HD for information on possibly upgrading the tires to be able to carry my truck camper safely. The dealership was not very helpful in getting me the answers on the tire ratings, on the tires that come on the trucks THEY sell! Ruben answered the phone, asked a few questions and was able to get me the answers I needed. He explained that with a load rating E tire, a 10 ply tire, I was good and did not need to purchase new tires from him. Now, there aren’t many companies that do that anymore! Unfortunately, most will just sell you anything to make a buck, even if you don’t need it. He even got me contact info for another service that I wanted, which he did not offer but knew someone else that did, and he called me back later with it.
