"If I could add stars to this review, I would. The entire staff was amazing! Life had been handing me lemons all day and everyone was friendly and helpful. I even had trouble with my child’s stroller and Barbara and Renee (receptionists) stepped from behind the desk to assist me. I really appreciated the kindness! Everyone else was as equally awesome! I love going to a business to which you can tell that the staff enjoys their jobs. I also got an incredible teeth cleaning and exam!"

"I really would like to give a 1 star because their friendly smile hid lies behind them which fooled me. When booking my appointment I expressing deep concern about my insurance being covered for a routine cleaning. Barbara reached out to my insurance and called me back stating that my cleaning is 100% covered, great! I was looking forward to my cleaning and the free whitening that came with my cleaning. At the end of my cleaning they stated I needed a filling done in order to get my whitening for free. That was odd but maybe I did need a filling. I scheduled my next appointment but then I got to thinking why would I need a filling when the promotion stated free whitening with a cleaning.... not cleaning AND a filling. Well I then received a bill in the mail and my insurance did not cover it. I was in communication for several months with Mallard while I was trying to get clarification from my insurance company. Go figure they are hard to work with... Mallard was not willing to help me at all and sent my bill to collections and charged an additional fee. I was looking forward to having a new dental office close to home but it is a reminder that some practices are just like medical bills pursuing their income like highway robbery. I would do your own due diligence and contact your dental insurance first to confirm 1000000% Mallard Dental services would be covered before you get ripped off like I did."
