"I had the chicken tortilla soup cup for $5.90 well let me tell you there was 0 chicken in it and had about 10 pieces of corn and the rest was a thick soup of beans and whatever else was in it, it definitely was not what the actual name of the food is it was not a soup and no chicken in it do not order this! I’m sure whoever served this knew it was all beans thick mushy soup with no chicken and still served it without care! Also there is hardly no parking available and it was cold inside the heater is not working or something, THIS IS THE WORSE CHOCK FIL A I been to in Fort Worth. I didn’t complain because the workers are predominantly WT and could not spell my name correctly or pronounce it also the lady taking my order seemed like she was doing me a favor by taking my order and seemed annoyed I was there."

"I ordered a breakfast bowl spicy and literally got one piece of chicken. Why would I pay 5$ for eggs? I’m disappointed :("

"In this location they need a bit of order, they have a lot of employees and at 7 pm many of them are eating, when it's time for dinner and they have a lot of customers, they made a mistake with my order, they gave me the sandwich with only the chicken and plain when I had ordered a dluxe when I was already driving on the freeway so I decided to go back to change it and it shows that they are very confused because I told two people and I gave them my ticket and they still asked me about the order 3 times. They are friendly, they have good service and they apologized, but they lack order and organization. I already lost an hour of my time wanting to eat a chicken sandwich."
