"Avoid this place. Called about getting my driveshaft balanced. Once arrived after driving an hour each way they say I need to remove the driveshaft before bringing it while acting like I was supposed to know this. Eventually they agreed to remove the driveshaft, balance and reinstall it. They quoted me a base price if it didn't need anything else. They said they would call me to let me know what it needed and the cost once they removed it. That never happened. I finally called them at 3pm to check on my truck. The guy gets an attitude and asks why I am calling saying if we didn’t call you it’s not ready. (Remember I need to get a ride from an hour away). Not even 10 mins later I get a call that my truck is ready. Once I pick up the truck it’s more money than originally quoted. They didn’t say it needed anymore work then originally planned. When I picked it up I look under the truck and see a slight oil drip coming from where the driveshaft meets the trans. I decided to give them the benefit that it would stop because it was very slow leak. I continued to drive my truck for the next week and half and monitor the leak. It continued so I called to ask them about it. He immediately denies any responsibility. Said it’s normal for it to leak and that if it’s leaking I need to bring it to a real mechanic. Sure the driveshaft has less vibration than before, but if you can’t reinstall it correctly than don’t agree to do it. Bad communication, bad customer service, bad work. It’s not worth the headache. Avoid this place."

"Freaking amazing! Called in Friday afternoon and talked with Wil, said he could get me in first thing in the morning Saturday to replace the weld on yoke and press in a new u joint, was finished in just over an hour and the workmanship and explanation of work done was awesome! Highly HIGHLY recommend these guys!"
