"Spoke with an employee over the phone at 2pm on 2/27. My front seat door handles are broken at baseline but they locked my car keys in the car and wanted me to pay for a locksmith to come to their shop when they are the ones that locked the keys in the car. They ended up fixing it but super unprofessional to get upset, defensive, and hang up when I hand you my car and you cause the problem and lock the keys in the car. Yeah not a good look, just unprofessional.We have had great experiences prior to this but not sure if they are training their staff well on how to treat customers these days but it shows now."

"Beyond impressed with this shop! It was super easy to make an appointment online and they were even able to help me reschedule when I couldn’t make it in on time. Even with being short staffed they got me in and got to work immediately. They did an oil change and new brakes in like 30 minutes, I was so impressed. The cost was super reasonable and they have coupons available. They texted me updates as they worked on my car and texted me details and a picture when it was finished.
