"Opening shift did not have the door unlocked and open at 9 o’clock this morning and wanted to hide in the back when I was knocking on the door, and refused to answer the phone when I called to ask what soups they had prepped then proceeded to try and tell me that they didn’t carry loaded baked potato soup even though I’m a general manager over at Subway in Arlington on Collins street so I already know that she was lying to me. Insufficient customer service and I will be contacting the general manager and leaving a review with subway listens so that corporate can see."

"Very rude she lied about a coupon machine being broken because the customer before me was taking to long to order an said will only make it if coupon was for one sandwich an said that subway every where no no longer takes coupons so I tried to pay regular price for them an she said we are about to close an we are out of meat smh"

"This is by far the best Subway in all of DFW and honestly the best I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Owner is amazing very responsive you can tell they take pride in their work. Subs are fresh, well made, ingredients are kept perfectly. Will only be going here for my Subway cravings!"

They remember their customers, their orders, and even things in your personal life which makes you feel loved. I appreciate them so much and God has truly blessed this store and their employees.
