"I placed 2 orders at 1:13 am and another one at 1:19 am I have the emails to confirm for the river oaks TX store got all the way up there and they completely canceled my order cause " they were about to close at 2" I order my food almost 45 mins before closing they canceled 75 dollars worth of food. Very very unsatisfied."

"Literally every order whether you order in person, online, or through drive-through is always wrong, even if there is no corrections to the menu item. Always has the rudest most passive aggressive staff. And generally seems like a disgusting environment. My family has actually contracted campylobactor disease from eating their chicken quesadillas. This place needs to be shut down, or every employ fired and replaced with a competent staff that isn't extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. Very disappointed that this is the only taco bell in the area, you have to risk getting sick and being disrespected to enjoy taco bell here."

"Food is what it is, not expecting on the border level dishes. Atmosphere is, well, fast food SERVICE, however, and this seems to be a problem in fast food in general, was not acceptable. I watched a gentleman approach the counter and the woman didn't even have a polite greeting, she literally looked at him, and word for word said, "You need to place your order over there ", and pointed to the self serve touch screens. He left. Just turned around, walked out, and drove away. The ideology of proper customer service is gone."

"We have been out of power for over 2 hours! Came to grab something to eat because obviously we couldn’t cook anything and we couldn’t sleep because it’s freezing cold. Couldn’t even make it through ordering in the drive thru because some kid was talking goofy and saying the complete opposite of what I was ordering! Half of the damn town is out of power! Everyone sitting in cars just to stay warm!"
