I've been several times for several different issues and I'm very satisfied with the staff and Dr. Gupta. Excellent dentist!! I will be seeing him and recommending to family and friends. "I have been seeing Dr. Gupta since 2009, and taking my family to see him since he opened his office in Pflugerville in 2010. He is a great dentist and has high integrity. He always makes sure to tell you what options there are to address your dental issues, he is upfront about what everything costs, and makes sure you know the pros and cons of each option, and if the work needs to be done by a specialist he gives you referral options. He won’t put you or your children at risk, and never does unnecessary dental work like the big corporate dentist chains who are just out to make money. The front office staff are kind and welcoming, talented multilingual and very flexible with appointment scheduling. The dental technicians are friendly and sensitive to your comfort. I can’t tell you how often I have had to reschedule appointments because of some issue with my kids, and they are always very accommodating. Pflugerville is lucky to have such a great dental office!"

"Unprofessional front end staff that mixed up my appointment dates and times. In this day and age people are way too busy to make mistakes on their schedules like this. Especially that you have to wait for weeks to get the next available spot. Dental work is way to expensive to be dealing with inexperienced staff. I prefer to take my business to a more professional clinic. Doctor Gupta recommended deep cleaning but 2 other dentists said there is no need to cut gums for a deep cleaning and regular cleaning was sufficient. I don't appreciate you trying to pad my medical bill and cut me when there is no need"

"Just called d/t a toothache and unfortunately that’s not cause enough to be seen by the dentist at this office. I was told that during this time (COVID-19) that a toothache doesn’t warrant being seen. This was after I reiterated dental my issues, which is what’s causing my toothache. Received a call back and per their receptionist/dental assistant, the Doc was pretty much blowing off my issues with tooth sensitivity (in a nutshell). Wow! I understand the severity of COVID-19, but being in pain doesn’t warrant a visit?! Obviously there’s an issue that’s causing pain. I was told to call another office that is open and taking office visits. Thanks for such poor service and I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this dental office."
