"I typically never even do reviews. Its pretty hard to impress me but all I can say is WOW. Tim was great through the whole sales process from picking out the right equipment to final install. They system sounds INCREDIBLE in G01 M40i To put things in context, my 2021 G01 M40i. I went through 3 different systems over a 9 month period done by another provider in the city. 14k later and none of them impressed me. Awesome Job Tim, I'll be back for the other vehicle."

"Very nice guy at customer support working there. Burnet is the general customer support store. But don't buy the Car play car screen alpine ilx-w650 product. Alpine is usually a good brand. There is no way to turn off the radio on this unit. I confirmed with Alpine about this. I found this to be a bad product. Customer support guy said he can't help me and to call Alpine. I did and Alpine said they can't help me, either."
"Terrible experience. I absolutley do not recommend this business after what I experienced. I was quoted one amount at another location and I go to the Burnet store and the guy is Very very rude and quotes me a ridiculous amount much higher. I try and get the price down to the original but not by much and I go ahead with it anyway. Then I get a phone call that they need more money after I already signed the ticket for the agreed price that was high to begin with. Out of all the Austin business's I have supported throughout the decades this was the worst experience possible. I feel 100% taken advantage of and ripped off"
