Called several times, told to email their service email address, but get no response."

"I had lost my faith in the whole system of dealership maintenance and repairs, and with an older "New" Beetle, was basically screwed when it came to anything other than oil changes. Then I found Austin VeeDub. They have taken care of my baby for over ten years, and it now has 120K miles on it. There is nothing they can't fix, and they are talented, resourceful experts. The location is a bit of a drive, but I absolutely would NEVER take my car anywhere else. Juan is a wonderful, honest man of integrity, and has an amazing attitude about all the cars he and his team work on- in particular, my iconic Beetle. Absolutely the best!"

"Juan is a very friendly and honest man. I had my car in at VW Onion Creek and was told the source of a coolant leak was a failed radiator and it would be a $2500 repair. He took a look for me for free and said he sees no evidence of the leak and that they likely reconnected a hose and tried to charge for an unnecessary repair. Even though he was 2-3 days out on work he took the time to check for me as soon as I pulled in. I will definitely bring my car back in the future for any necessary repairs."

"Austin VeeDub is hands down the MOST trustworthy garage I have ever experienced! Juan (owner) and Mike (Lead Mechanic) are both extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and genuine. Every time I have taken my VW bus there for maintenance issues, they always meet or beat their expected total cost quote. I have been so happy with all of their work on my 1978 VW T2, that I brought them my 2010 Infiniti G37 to diagnose as another garage near my house quoted me $1,600 saying the radiator, a/c, thermostat, hoses and etc. we’re all needing replacements. They confirmed my suspicions that the other garage was trying to upsell me on things that didn’t actually need replacing and got me fixed up for $384...which saved me $1,200! I truly can’t say enough about how great this team is and how much they really do care about their customers, vehicles and your overall safety. Thank you Juan and Mike!!"
