"I brought my 2017 Cadillac CTS-V that got decently dented at a parking lot. Paint was scratched along with a 4 inch dent. I thought it was going to need a lot of work to fix and would need new paint! Turns out, they managed to get the dent out perfectly and do a paint correction. It came out pretty much as if it never happened. Not only was the work top notch, the price was more than fair. It was and is a no brainer to go here for any dent repair. "I came across the estimate pictured with this review and realized I had not yet left a review that I still felt compelled to do given the poor customer service experience I had with Dent Busters. I went into Dent Busters off a recommendation. Bill took a 3 minute look at my car and quickly wrote down what I later found were exorbitant amounts for ding repairs. I went to another shop in town as well as had another individual from Craigslist quote me under $500.00 to do the work that Bill outrageously quoted me over $1,500.00 for. I was told by both that gave me estimates that he clearly just didn't want to do the work and this explained why he was charging this much. Bill also said he would give me a call in a couple days "when he was available" which never happened. And to think I was going to trust him and fork out this amount of money. I had the work done for exactly $400.00 which was exceptional. If a business owner does not want to take on a project due to other more preferable projects or it's too much to handle at the time, the truth should be simply given to the potential customer besides to price gouging out of what I'd consider spite. Deceit and dishonesty is not honorable by any means."
