"Dr. Kaur is so fantastic! I went in for lower snap in dentures and regular upper replacement dentures after consulting with 10+ dentists in the Austin metro area. If you have gotten an estimate for dentures and implants (with 10+ teeth still needing to be removed), you understand the necessity of comparison shopping. With that being said, I chose Dr. Kaur and couldn’t be happier. She helped me tremendously and all WITHOUT trying to bankrupt me like half the dentists in the Austin area quoted me!! I just picked up my uppers and temporary lowers today and and I am thrilled with the results so far!!! I had an upper denture from a previous dental facility and the difference in ability, skill, technology/equipment at Dr. Kaur's office and in her mind is just so obvious to see when you look at my old dentures side by side the new ones is night and day!!! She is so caring and so thorough. She addresses all of my concerns and even brings up things when I don’t have the presence of mind to ask. She makes sure that I understand the process or the problem. Dr. Kaur has a wonderful way of actually learning about you and knowing you, not just treating you and then forgetting who you are. During procedures she’s always mindful of my comfort and makes sure that I am not feeling any pain. Her office is tucked away off of AW Grimes right near the ACC/TX State Campus in Round Rock just past HEB plus and is state of the art in regards to the technology. Having an on site ct gives extreme details and ensured proper fit and function to my dentures that I didn’t get in my first pair that I had gotten made elsewhere. It also allows Dr. Kaur the ability to maintain the health of my mouth since I suffer from many chronic health conditions. My implants were able to be placed in office by the surgeon (this process is still ongoing but I hope to update the review after everything is completed (it will be a couple of months before I receive the abutments and the snap in denture)). Dr. Kaur created the molds in office as well so it made the process very convenient because I did not have to go into multiple locations for different steps. Dr. Kaur firmly believes in follow up and after care, which is a huge relief, since I could rarely get my last dentist to do an adjustment without begging. Also, the staff at Chandler Dental is so sweet! From the front desk, to the back door, the receptionist the hygienists, the techs, the surgeon and to Dr. Kaur, herself, every one at Chandler Creek Dental that I have met have gone above and beyond to help make sure that I have had everything I needed. They have always been so helpful and kind and they have worked as a team and given me back my smile, and more importantly, my ability to eat, the staff is just amazing!!!! They help me with the part of the insurance payment plus also the pricing that she gave me out-of-pocket was a whole lot better than a lot of other places. the staff is amazing, so precious and so sweet and kind. Dr. Kaur is so caring and is always making sure that you are comfortable and fully aware of what is going on. if I could give them more stars.
