"I LOVE this location! I order catered lunches once or twice a week from this store. Chelsea is a fantastic manager and happy to accommodate any needs for my orders. I’m surprised reading some of the reviews; I have always had very attentive customer service and the food is always on point. Chelsea is the backbone of this store, so maybe the other less than great experiences were when she was off duty. I hope anyone with a less than stellar experience gives Chelsea the feedback so she can correct/retrain/etc."
"Hate doing this because I’m a huge snappy salad fan and I’m a regular at the downtown Dallas location (where it’s always a breeze) However, I was in the area and decided to place a pickup order with my younger sisters. We ordered about $60 worth of food and juices. Once we picked up our order, we noticed in the car our juices were 2 days expired and did not look fresh anymore. So I sent my 2 younger sisters inside to kindly ask for new juices and they were treated very poorly. My sister said before she even got a word out the guy at the front said “everything is in the bag” and walked away. When she asked for new juices another man said “they are good for a week” and also walked off. They never came to the counter as my sisters were standing there and didn’t even care to exchange our expired juices. My sisters came back to the car upset and told me what happened. So I decided to go back inside and ask. When I went inside I told the manager what happened and that we just wanted good customer service because my sisters weren’t even acknowledged. The manager then tells me “I’ve been in the restaurant business for 28 years probably longer than you’ve been alive so I know what good service is” umm first of all who talks to a customer that way? I’m 29 years old and second off if your customer service is so good maybe train your employees to acknowledge people? How hard is it to exchange expired juices. I mean we are paying $7 a juice (we bought 3 juices) and my sisters are way nicer than I am so that’s why I sent them in. Just for them to get treated so poorly? Again, I am so sad bc I love snappy but the manager and 2 other guys working the morning shift today have the worst customer service skills. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated that way. At the end they did give us newer juices but it shouldn’t have been such a hassle. Will not be coming back! The date I’m posting this review is 10/08/23 the juice expired 2 days ago"
"Not a bad place for a salad, my boss loves it...but it's just ok for me. The protein doesn't really have enough flavor & ask for extra dress."
"Horrible experience & will not ever be coming back to this establishment. The man who appeared to be the manager was easily the rudest person I have encountered in quite some time. It was clear he hated his job and wanted nothing more than to not be there. Paid $30 for me & my mom to get lunch and drinks and my salad was messed up, asked them to kindly fix it as it was an easy fix (wrong dressing) and you would think that I asked this guy to sell me his lung. He was so completely put out and rude about this simple fix. After a few mins and receiving a side eye from him, he came to give it back to me and slid it on the table in front of me, and immediately walked away before I could even say thank you, & he certainly didn’t check to see if it was correct this time, just walked away. And guess what …. it was wrong!! This time, he just put LETTUCE, DRESSING, and a GIANT tomato’s. For reference, I got the grilled avocado salad and received none of the toppings. At this point, since I was treated so poorly for asking them kindly to fix the dressing mistake, and had the salad slid in front of me with no eye contact or even a “here you go, sorry about that.” I felt extremely uncomfortable even speaking to this man again in worry of his reaction. Horrible experience and not only am I upset about wasting my money I’m more upset about the way I was treated today. Will never be returning to this place & will make sure to pass the message to everyone I know to never come here. My “Salad “ pic attached for reference."
"The ingredients are fresh and the staff was very friendly. I tried the create your own salad with the chimichurri dressing. It was outstanding! My husband had a chicken wrap with sweet potato chips and loved it as well. This was our third visit to various locations around Dallas and they are all very consistent with exceeding expectations."
