"I had an initial appointment with Dr Marx to look at a possible infection with an implant I got somewhere else over 10 years ago. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Marx did a thorough exam of my x-rays and implant an explained what needed to be done, in non-medical language, so I could understand. The staff was able to provide financial information to me the same day."

I had to get a tooth extracted, and I was pretty nervous about it, but Treatment Coordinator Allison walked me through the process, and she was amazingly nice and helpful!! On the day of removal, I walked in, they got me in very shortly thereafter, explained the procedure, and we were done in less than 1 hour. Dr. Owens is confident in his ability, and it showed in the great and patient way he handled the procedure and me as a patient. He was also able to handle the procedure without complications, which is what I was worried about.
